Solutions Architect, Applied AI (Creatives)

Remote Full-time
About the position

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. Anthropic is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as the technical lead for our partnerships with cultural institutions, creative communities, and artists. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Anthropic's cutting-edge AI capabilities and the creative professionals who can benefit from them. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Claude and Anthropic's technologies are adopted within the creative industry. You'll work at the intersection of technology and art, helping institutions, artists, and community partners understand and leverage Claude, Claude Code, MCP, Cowork, and the Anthropic API to transform their creative workflows.

Responsibilities
• Serve as technical lead for Anthropic's partnerships with cultural institutions, museums, arts organizations, and creative communities
• Lead technical workshops for partners at hackathons, conferences, and community events
• Build compelling demos and proof-of-concept solutions for high-impact potential partners
• Ideate and develop new programs and partnerships to increase Claude usage within the creative community
• Develop positioning and strategy for how Claude can transform the creative industry and cultural institutions
• Help institutions, artists, and community partners effectively use Claude, Claude Code, MCP, Cowork, and the Anthropic API
• Create technical documentation, tutorials, and resources tailored for creative audiences
• Collaborate with product, research, and communications teams to shape Anthropic's creative community strategy

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, developer relations, or technical partnerships
• Strong technical skills with demonstrated ability to build demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concept applications
• Experience working with APIs and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships
• Excellent presentation and workshop facilitation skills
• Genuine interest in the intersection of AI and creative industries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-haves
• Background in creative industries (design, film/TV, visual arts, creative coding, gaming, AR/VR)
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and LLM applications
• Existing relationships with cultural institutions or creative communities
• Experience leading hackathons or technical community events
• Portfolio of creative technology projects

Benefits
• competitive compensation and benefits
• optional equity donation matching
• generous vacation and parental leave
• flexible working hours
• a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues
