Job Title: Solution Train Engineer
Duration: 12 Months Contract to Hire
Location: Remote (Atlanta)
Required Pay Scale: $93-$97

Job Summary:
Solution Train Enginner cordionates and works with the LOB to coordionate work accorss multiple value streams
The Marketing and Digital Commerce Agile Delivery team is looking for a seasoned Agile Solution Train Engineer (STE) to orchestrate end-to-end solution delivery across our Solution Train (ST) consisting of 9 ARTs. As the STE, you are ensuring alignment between business goals, solution/product management, and delivery. By leveraging Lean-Agile and SAFe principles, you’ll drive a continuous flow of value and remove impediments at the solution level. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on facilitation and coordination, and deep SAFe expertise.
Must Haves:
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Experience working with co-located and offshore teams
• SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC)
Desired Skills
• College degree in a related field of study or equivalent education and related training or experience
• Minimum of five years Program Management experience and/or five years of 5+ years in Agile leadership roles (e.g., RTE, Product Manager, Enterprise Architect) at enterprise scale.
• Experience in delivery function at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies
• SAFe RTE Certified
• Proven track record facilitating multi-ART planning and solution demos for 200+ practitioners.
• Proficiency with Agile management tools (e.g., VersionOne, Rally)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with executive presence.
