We are expanding our skills and capacity to deliver high-value Dynamics 365 implementation projects, facilitating our clients’ digital transformation, and driving productivity and growth. As a Solution Architect, your role will adapt based on the specific project or type of work being undertaken. You will be assigned to and responsible for a customer, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs. Whether leading a delivery team directly or through influence, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the team’s skillset. You will demonstrate your leadership values through effective delegation, motivation, trust, and decisive action.What skills and working characteristics should this person have?Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.Proficiency in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.As a Microsoft Dynamics BC Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for:Leading the design, implementation, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions to meet client requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and innovative solutions.Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including system design, integration, and data migration plans.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.Conduct rigorous system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet performance and reliability standards.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and related technologies, incorporating new features and best practices into solutions.Ensure the quality of the delivered solution meets or exceeds client expectations.Take responsibility for the successful implementation of solutions.Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.Review and sign off on work carried out by other consultants on the project, ensuring high standards of quality.Ensure the cost of proposed solutions is within the project budget.Ensure any add-ins used are suitable for the solution, leveraging the latest technology and ensuring compatibility with Dynamics Business Central.Originally posted on Himalayas
