SolidWorks File Modification for Injection Molding

We have an existing SolidWorks part file (.sldprt) for a small ABS plastic consumer product — a drumstick-mounted resistance trainer — that has been through initial review by injection molding vendors. The molders have provided specific feedback on changes needed before the file is ready for tooling. This is a small, well-defined job. We are not redesigning the part. We need someone to execute a specific list of DFM (design for manufacturability) changes accurately and cleanly in SolidWorks. --- SCOPE OF WORK Apply molder-recommended DFM changes to the existing .sldprt file, which will include some combination of the following (full feedback list provided to selected candidate): - Draft angle additions or corrections on relevant faces - Wall thickness adjustments to meet minimum/uniform thickness requirements - Fillet and radius tweaks at edges and transitions - Any other minor geometry corrections flagged by the molder Deliverable: updated SolidWorks native file (.sldprt) with all changes applied, clean feature tree, and a brief note summarizing what was changed. --- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proficient in SolidWorks — this should be routine work for you - Experience with injection molding DFM requirements (draft, wall thickness, radii) - Ability to work from a written feedback list without hand-holding - Clean, organized modeling practices — no workarounds or suppressed errors - Fast turnaround: we need this done within 3 days of kickoff Please include in your proposal: 1. Confirmation that you have an active SolidWorks license 2. Brief description of your experience with injection molding or DFM prep work 3. Your fixed-price quote for this scope 4. Your available start date and estimated turnaround --- BUDGET AND STRUCTURE Fixed-price contract. Budget is $200–$350 depending on experience and the final change list. This is a small job but potentially the first in an ongoing relationship as we move through tooling and possible future product iterations. We will share the .sldprt file and the full molder feedback list with the selected candidate under a simple NDA.
