As a Software UX Product Designer, you'll be part of a collaborative team of skilled Product Managers, Designers, and Frontend Engineers, shaping groundbreaking solutions to tackle existing and emerging safety (EHS), sustainability (ESG), and risk management challenges head-on. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the evolution of our UX design system, refining workflows, and processes to enhance user experience. Be the voice for usability and accessibility, ensuring they're integral to every aspect of our projects. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, requirements, and priorities. Drive user-centricity through rigorous usability testing and prototyping, guiding projects toward success. Translate user insights, business goals, and requirements into elegant, functional designs. Present visionary design concepts, contributing to the full spectrum of the design process. Craft wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that transcend platforms, devices, and screen sizes. Foster the growth of our Design System, emphasizing functionality, modularity, and accessibility. Partner with engineering to ensure seamless implementation of designs to the highest standards. Communicate design recommendations effectively across relevant teams. Mentor fellow UX team members, sharing best practices and methodologies. IDEAL EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field A standout portfolio showcasing your expertise in user research, testing, and design. 5+ years of experience in UX or Product design, with a focus on e-commerce, enterprise, B2B, or SaaS. Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments. Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and user-centered design principles. Ability to translate design concepts into actionable Agile/Scrum tasks. Up-to-date knowledge of design patterns, trends, and best practices. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine empathy for users and an innate ability to meet their needs. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments. Proficiency in Figma, Maze, and other prototyping tools. Understanding of web technologies and responsive design standards. Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA and AAA rules. Knowledge of native iOS and Android user patterns. Experience in designing diverse platforms and solutions. At Avetta, we are committed to salary transparency to ensure equitable hiring practices and promote trust. The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $190,000 per year, with a potential bonus.
