What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop test plans and sprint planning documents
- Design and maintain automated test scripts
- Identify test cases for automation and manage test data
- Conduct regression testing and handle changes in the system
- Integrate automated scripts with lifecycle management tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using Selenium, Prover, or other automation testing tools
- Minimum of 5 years of manual testing experience
- Proficiency in Java for test automation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with regression testing and defect management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with integrating automated testing into the software development lifecycle
- Experience creating and managing test data for automated testing
- Ability to design and implement test automation strategies
