We operate in small, fully autonomous teams with real ownership over products including Home Insurance, Boiler, and Home Emergency Cover. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact.As a Software Engineer, you will play an essential role in maintaining and developing UW's insurance products through close collaboration with product managers and fellow engineers.Your Responsibilities:Modernise technology used for managing task queues.Enhance agent scripts to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Perform migrations to transition third-party software to our internal infrastructure.Automate billing processes to ensure high accuracy.Improve customer communications management and ownership.Develop and deploy new features in microservices with full monitoring and alerting enabled.So why pick UW?We’ve got big ambitions so there’s going to be plenty of challenges.
