While working with other talented Engineers, you'll have the opportunity to take on significant ownership, lead projects, and see your ideas come to life.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute rapidly to our core software platform that automates the leasing process and helps our customers operate their apartment communities more efficientlyDevelop and own new features that increase value for our customersPropose meaningful improvements to our software architecture and design patternsLearn and drive engineering best practicesLeverage automating testing and continuous integration / continuous delivery in order to rapidly iterate on our productAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirementsStartup mindset, ownership, and a proper balance of quality and sense of urgencyShipped scalable mobile applications to the app storeGreat at solving problems with little guidanceStrong bias for actionStrong system design knowledgeHas 2+ years of Java, C#, Go or Python experienceHas 2+ years of Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or objective C++ experienceUnderstanding of microservices architecture and event-driven distributed systemsUnderstanding of machine learning and dataAWS experienceWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
