The Software Engineer - Enterprise Quality and Stability Management Manager is a very important role within the Enterprise Quality and Stability Management (EQM/ESM) team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Clients, CVS business and IT on all testing activities. EQM/ESM will promote effective communication and timely involvement of all stakeholders for all CVS IT testing. You will provide client and business teams with advanced consultation on all QA testing environments; as well as enhance the project and client's experience by being an advocate across the quality lifecycle. You will be responsible for: Championing IT Project testing efforts and create and enforce SLAs and SOPs for testing purposes. Communicating any CVS issues/status clearly to the Program Testing leadership team for full understanding of limitations and capabilities ? and remain solution-oriented understanding and communicating our business and technical needs to CVS counterparts; as well as translating client issues/needs into testing requirements. Documenting all decisions, exceptions, requirements, SLAs, and SOPs regarding Client and CVS accompaniments for testing engagements. Participate in IT Project Testing kick-off and regular standard meetings. Provide testing consultation during requirements and design phase of the IT projects to ensure program guidelines and any integration needs are documented. Work closely with all IT project teams, QA leads, project owners and business owners on the program to ensure program guidelines are met including review and sign-off for client test plan, test cases, and test results. As the EQM/ESM you will need to quickly understand overall System/Technical knowledge of all CVS systems conceptually and to some degree technically. Resource will be responsible for multiple areas of Enterprise Quality Services Team. (ESM, CQA, EQM) Enterprise Stability Management- ESM Client Quality Assurance- CQA Enterprise Quality Management- EQM We're looking for a great leader who can gain knowledge of all CVS support areas/applications, understand existing capabilities and limitations, and develop relationships to leverage required support. We're looking for someone with great communication and interpersonal skills who can develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications 5 year's use of SDLC methodologies and supporting toolsets 5 years relevant QA tools, processes and technology 5 years of project management experience Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills Client facing experience Critical Problem-Solving Skills Travel Requirement: Client travel may be up to 10% Preferred Qualifications 5 Years of PBM Applications AS400 Knowledge and/or mainframe if possible Prior Project Management experience Prior Development or Testing experience UiPath or automation knowledge This position will be located in Illinois or Remote options may be available. Education Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $166,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
