And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.Could that be you?Your missionYou will be working on UiPath’s Document Understanding platform where we tacklereal life problems in processing and understanding structured and unstructureddocuments.What you'll do at UiPathYou will develop robust and reliable components, identify bugs andbottlenecks and devise solutions to address these issuesYou will use your problem-solving skills to develop and build code withperformance in mindYou will use an engineering centric approach to solve complex problems in thedocument understanding spaceYou will work with teams across other locations to innovate and develop best-in-class document understanding solutionsYou will maintain and improve the code quality, organization, and automation,by writing unit tests, integration tests and e2e automationsWhat you'll bring to the teamWhat you'll bring to the teamProven track record (3+ years experience) of architecting and engineeringworld-class, large scale commercial applications and services.Proficiency in one or more system level programming languages (C#, Java,Python, Rust etc.) and a willingness to learn new onesExperience working with cloud ecosystems such as Azure, AWS or GCPExperience with Docker, Kubernetes or other containerization technologies.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and architecturaldesign patterns.Good grasp of multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous, cloudprogramming.Deep understanding of data structures & algorithms.Familiar with modern engineering practices, including agile development,CI/CD and DevOps.Ability work with globally distributed teams.Effective teamwork, collaboration and communication skillsNice to have:Programming experience with .NET framework, C#Familiarity working with documents and using OCR technologiesFamiliarity with Windows Presentation FrameworkFull-stack development is good to have#LI-NB1Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
