Leads root cause analyses (RCAs) for key live site incidents and outages, identify systemic improvements, and set high standards for reliability and performanceSkillsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experienceAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
