You will be responsible for ensuring that the new releases we make for features, enhancements, or new products meet the strict standards of quality & consistency. The buck stops at you and you will have the final say on the correctness, reliability & consistency of our builds. You will prepare detailed test cases that ensure coverage in our complex platform and you will help developers identify & replicate any inconsistencies. You will also work closely with support teams to reproduce reported bugs and communicate them to developers and product teams.Requirements:Automation Skills: Proficient in both UI and API automation, with a strong track record of developing robust test scriptsInnovative Problem Solver: Ability to think outside the box and identify unique approaches to finding and resolving bugsIndependent Worker: Capable of working independently, managing tasks efficiently, and meeting deadlinesOwnership Mentality: Takes ownership of projects, ensuring end-to-end quality and deliveryProactive Approach: Demonstrates a proactive attitude in taking on new responsibilities and challengesRemote Work Comfort: Comfortable and effective in a remote work environmentResponsibilities:Develop and implement automated test cases for modules, covering both API and UI functionalitiesPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for customer-reported issues on a daily basis, utilizing support tickets as the primary source of information.
