Software Consultant - Principal As a Principal Software Consultant at PCI Energy Solutions, you will be a key player in shaping the strategic direction of our projects, providing technical leadership, and leveraging your extensive expertise to deliver cutting‑edge solutions for our clients. Responsibilities • Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. • Provide expert advice on software solutions and strategies to meet client requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect software solutions that align with client goals, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of the proposed solutions. • Manage and coordinate software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Actively participate in hands‑on software development when needed. Contribute to coding, testing, and debugging activities to deliver high‑quality solutions. • Stay up to date of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to enhance and optimize software development processes. • Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and assist clients in maximizing the benefits of the software. • Create comprehensive technical documentation for software solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness for both internal teams and clients. • Mentor and train junior resources. • Other duties as assigned.
