Full job description
Stambridge Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Soft Services Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis based at Stambridge Group Headquarters in Southend on Sea.
We are looking for a caring and innovative individual who will manage and inspire the Security and Cleaning teams across a diverse range of contracts, working closely with the Operational Management Team and reporting to the Operations Director the ideal candidate will bring strong Cleaning industry knowledge to support the smooth running of the services.
Hours 40 Monday-Friday but flexibility will be required with possible weekends and late finishes

Key responsibilities
Drive the service to meet SLA and client requirements.
Meet with clients to complete KPIโs.
Complete Audit processes in collaboration with Operational Management team.
Regular liaison with clients and service teams to maintain company presence.
Recruit, train, monitor and coordinate a skilled team across operational activities to maximise service efficiency, performance and compliance.
Monitor service activities and levels of performance and drive standards.
Collate, analyse and review information e.g. budgets, hours, and forecasts to monitor and report on performance.
Monitor supply chains and work to set budgets for procurement of equipment, chemicals, consumables and uniforms as directed by the Operations Director.
Oversee team learning and HR process requirements including training attendance, absence, retention and time-keeping management, quality of work and behaviour.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential
Driving Licence
Experience within the Cleaning Industry
BICS qualification or demonstratable equivalent experience
Excellent people management skills and experience in managing a team.
Understanding of COSHH
Experience Managing multiple contracts
Functional IT skills
Desirable
Experience within the Security Industry
SIA Door Supervisor Licence
IOSH Managing Safely Qualification
Service delivery experience across different sectors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ยฃ30,000.00 per year
