Ā Job Purpose:
As the Social Media Videographer, you'll be entrusted with the task of producing high-quality videos that effectively convey our message of hope and compassion to a diverse online audience. Working collaboratively with our social media team, you'll help expand our digital footprint and amplify our mission through captivating visual storytelling.
Ā Compensation and Benefits:
Ā Full-time, salaried/exempt position
Ā Competitive salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Ā Sign-on bonus of $2,000

Ā Duties and Responsibilities:
Ā Collaborate with our video and social media teams to produce compelling video content promoting our various initiatives, including conferences, podcasts, sermons, and missions.
Ā Utilize creative editing techniques to craft engaging reels and YouTube Shorts that resonate with our audience.
Ā Work alongside our social media team to develop effective strategies for reaching diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
Ā Enhance videos with closed captions, graphics, and special effects to optimize engagement.
Ā Schedule and manage social media posts using industry-standard management platforms.
Ā Engage with our online community in a warm and informative manner, fostering meaningful connections.
Ā Qualifications:
Ā Alignment with our organization's mission and values
Ā Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
Ā Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
Ā Strong understanding of video production principles, including composition, lighting, and sound recording
Ā Knowledge of social media best practices and trends
Ā Excellent written communication skills
Ā Experience in graphic design for social media platforms preferred
Ā Previous experience in a similar role within a nonprofit or Christian organization is advantageous
Ā Working Conditions:
This role offers a typical office schedule of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for remote work on Fridays. The position involves primarily desk-based work in a comfortable office environment.
Physical Requirements
There are no heavy lifting requirements for this role, and it is performed in a climate-controlled environment. Adequate breaks and lunchtime are provided to ensure employee well-being.
