Social Media Systems & Hootsuite Setup Manager (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest)

Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Community Manager to handle the end-to-end setup of our social media infrastructure. We have a parent brand with a parent brand account PLUS four existing Product Brand Instagram accounts that need to be properly connected, organized, and managed under new Facebook Business accounts, then fully integrated into Hootsuite so our internal team can operate and manage them going forward. Additionally, connecting LinkedIn, Pinterest and Tik Tok accounts in Hootsuite. This is a setup-focused role, not content creation. Scope of Work Social Account Setup •Connect 5 existing Instagram accounts to Facebook account(s) to become a Meta Business account that can be integrated into Hootsuite. •Ensure correct ownership, permissions, and business manager setup from end-to end . Platform Integrations •Add and configure the following platforms inside Hootsuite: oFacebook /Instagram (5 Meta Accounts) o LinkedIn (2 Accounts) o TikTok (2 Accounts) o Pinterest (1 Account) Hootsuite Configuration • Properly organize all accounts within Hootsuite • Set up user access so an account manager can easily operate the platform • Ensure all accounts are correctly authenticated and publishing-ready • Test connections to confirm everything is functioning correctly Requirements • Proven experience setting up Hootsuite for multi-brand or multi-account environments • Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager (Facebook + Instagram) • Experience connecting and managing LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts • Detail-oriented and organized (permissions and ownership matter here) • Ability to deliver a clean, documented setup/SOP Timeline • Immediate start • Fast, efficient turnaround preferred Apply tot his job
