You'll be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our clients' business goals, target audience, and content topics, and using this knowledge to create compelling social media content that resonates with their audience. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to understand their business, personality, target audience, and content topics Create eye-catching and effective social posts that align with our clients' brand and messaging Write succinct copy that engages readers and encourages them to take action Design visually appealing social images that reflect our clients' brand and messaging Increase engagement rates with social strategies and tactics that drive results Minimize social post creation time and time to launch using best practices, templates, and creative skills Advise clients on social best practices and provide recommendations for improving their online presence Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant experience in social media marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write engaging and informative content Visual design capabilities, with an eye for aesthetics and experience with Canva Strong grasp of social media marketing fundamentals, including LinkedIn's algorithm and hashtags Creative writing, communications, marketing, or media-related degree B2B experience required, with agency or tech experience preferred Availability for at least 15-20 hours per week Preferred Qualifications: Active LinkedIn user with a strong understanding of the platform's social content, algorithm, and hashtags Experience working with thought leaders and companies on LinkedIn Knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow Strong attention to detail and organizational skills What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $20-$30 Flexibility to work remotely and set your own schedule Opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries Professional development and growth opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: We're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills in social media marketing.
