Job Responsibilities Develop social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand voice Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platforms and apply best practices Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and insights Collaborate with the Marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to develop high-quality visual and written content Requirements Requirements Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices Proficient in social media management and analytics tools Experience in content creation and ability to create engaging and original content Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team Highly creative with a keen eye for visual design Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights Experience in managing online communities and engaging with followers Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO Atleast B1 level of Mandarin or Chinese Language proficiency Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps . Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps . Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor.
