JOB SUMMARY:The Social Media Specialist will manage and grow the brand's presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role focuses on creating engaging content, executing strategies, and connecting with audiences in the US, UK, Canada, and beyond to ensure the brand's message resonates globally.DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Social Media Account Management:•Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.•Ensure content is tailored to the preferences of different regional audiences (US, UK, Canada, etc.).•Engage with followers and manage online communities to foster interaction and growth.Global Marketing Campaign Support:•Collaborate with the global marketing team to implement and track social media campaigns.•Assist in coordinating content for international audiences and ensuring timely delivery of messaging across multiple channels. Creative Content Creation & Design:•Conceptualize and create visually appealing and engaging content (images, videos, etc.) aligned with SuperHi's brand.•Edit photos and videos, create graphics, and optimize content to fit each social media platform's specification.Trend Monitoring & Strategy Development:•Keep up to date with the latest trends, platform changes, and audience behaviors.•Help refine and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and brand loyalty.Cross-Regional Coordination:•Assist with content localization and region-specific campaigns for the US, UK, and other key markets.•Work with the internal team to ensure clear communication across regions, especially in different time zones.•Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the construction and renovation team.REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:•Deep understanding of content strategies, algorithms, and best practices for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.•Ability to create and edit multimedia content (videos, photos, graphics).•Familiarity with basic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).•Strong understanding of marketing concepts, including audience segmentation, content marketing, and brand voice.•Ability to identify key messaging points and creatively tailor content for diverse audiences.•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.•Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media operations, content creation, or digital marketing.•Proficiency in social media analytics and performance measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).Flexible work from home options available.
