Social Media Moderator - Remote Opportunity

Join the Disney Direct to Consumer team as a Social Media Moderator, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through social media channels. As a key member of our Viewer Experience team, you'll be the first point of contact for supporting viewers on Facebook and Twitter, providing expert-level knowledge and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
We're looking for a highly motivated and social media-savvy individual who is passionate about delivering best-in-class customer service. If you're a team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of social media platforms, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Respond to viewer inquiries on Twitter and Facebook, providing timely and effective solutions to issues related to account management, billing, content, and site navigation.
Communicate expert-level knowledge of Hulu services and products to users in a clear and concise manner.
Identify and communicate trends and improvements to the social media team to drive business growth.
Collaborate with Resolution Specialists, developers, and engineers to resolve issues and improve the overall viewer experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED plus one year of experience in customer service.
2+ years of experience in customer service and/or retail.
Excellent communication, grammar, and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Twitter.
Positive, can-do attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or relevant professional experience.
