They are transitioning their marketing efforts in-house to better connect with customers and drive growth through digital channels.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support digital advertising, customer engagement, and analytics for a fast-growing home structures brand. This role involves managing and optimizing social media content, running paid ads, reviewing campaign analytics, and interacting with potential customers online.
This is a full-time position ideal for a marketing-savvy VA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is fluent in social media platforms, and can communicate effectively with a broad customer base — including both English and Spanish speakers.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads
• Create compelling content, including graphics and short-form videos, in both English and Spanish
• Edit promotional videos for paid ads and organic posts
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize accordingly
• Respond to social media inquiries and assist in converting leads to appointments
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates
• Collaborate with Gary and the Inside Out team for strategy alignment
Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation
• Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere/CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills for short-form content
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms, SEO basics, and paid ad strategies
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and creative thinker
• Experience engaging with followers and managing online communities
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently
