Social Media Marketing Assistant Needed for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok

We are looking for a talented social media marketing assistant to help enhance our online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating engaging content and managing campaigns using Canva. If you're creative, organized, and have a passion for social media, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Partnership Outreach (LinkedIn):Send direct messages (DMs) to potential partners on LinkedIn, focusing on building relationships and exploring collaboration opportunities.Add and organize partnership contacts in Folk CRM, keeping detailed notes and tracking engagement.Manage outreach efforts, ensuring consistent follow-ups and reporting on conversion rates.Maintain a professional tone and align messaging with our brand voice.Social Media Management (Instagram & TikTok):Post engaging content on Instagram and TikTok, aligned with our brand strategy.Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and provide regular performance reports.Experiment with new content formats and strategies to optimize growth and engagement.Content Creation (Canva & CapCut):Design visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics using Canva.Edit high-quality short-form video content using CapCut, tailored to Instagram Reels and TikTok trends.Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and produce creative content ideas.Qualifications:Proven experience in social media management and/or partnerships outreach.Familiarity with Folk CRM or similar contact management tools.Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and CapCut for video editing.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Exceptional organizational skills to manage and track contacts effectively.Ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies for improvement.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms.Experience in CRM systems and outreach tools is a plus.Basic understanding of content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
