Job Summary As a Social Media Manager at ROAS, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage multiple social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and have a strong understanding of various social media platforms and trends. Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies : Create and execute social media strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing brand awareness, engagement, and driving traffic to our platforms. Create and Curate Engaging Content : Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Manage Social Media Accounts : Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with followers. Monitor Social Media Trends and Analyze Performance Metrics : Stay up-to-date with social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results. Collaborate with the Marketing Team : Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and marketing initiatives. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends : Stay current with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. Work on Miscellaneous Projects : Work on miscellaneous projects as directed by the marketing director and executive team. Contribute to Team Success : Be a contributing member of the marketing team in revenue, culture, and brand image. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Proven Experience : Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Social Media Platforms : Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Creative Thinker : Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. Independent Work : Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines. Social Media Management Tools : Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
