Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across social media platforms to enhance brand presence. Key tasks include developing social media strategies, optimizing platform performance, scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing campaign results to improve performance. Collaboration with other team members to align social media initiatives with overall company goals is expected.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Content Strategy and Writing for social media platforms
• Understanding of analytics tools and data-driven decision-making for social media
• Creative mindset with an ability to produce engaging content
• Knowledge of gaming culture or related industries is a plus
• Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling (We use Metricool)
• Pursuing / have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with advertising on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Reddit
• Past experience with making shorts/reels
Compensation Range: $22-$30 per hour
