Our work exists in a sensitive, high-trust space, and our social media presence must reflect care, professionalism, and respect at all times. We are seeking a skilled, thoughtful Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence on an ongoing monthly basis. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Creating a monthly social media content calendar • Writing warm, professional captions • Designing branded graphics (in Canva) • Creating short-form video content / reels (light editing) • Posting consistently on Instagram and Facebook • Monitoring and responding to comments and messages (or flagging sensitive inquiries) • Researching hashtags and trends appropriate for our industry • Tracking performance and providing a simple monthly report Who We’re Looking For You are a great fit if you: • Have experience managing social media for service-based businesses • Are comfortable creating content in sensitive industries (healthcare, fertility, pregnancy, women’s health, family services, etc.) • Understand how to communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism • Are organized, proactive, and reliable • Can work independently while following brand guidelines • Have strong written English skills Experience with fertility, surrogacy, birth work, or women’s health content is a major plus, but not required. Deliverables (Typical Month) • 8–10 feed posts • 4-8 reels • Monthly content calendar • Community engagement • Monthly performance summary Budget $200 per month To Apply, Please Include 1.
