Social Media Manager for Mission-Driven Immigrant Platform

We are building immigrantknowhow, an online platform designed to support iimmigrants navigating life in a new country ( US, Canada, Great Britain and Europe). We are looking for world class social media manager who can take ownership of our brand and deliver consistent, culturally aware, high impact content across the platforms. Responsibilities include-: 1 plan and manage a 30 day rolling content calendar content. 2. Write captions that resonate with real immigrant stories and challenges. 3. Collaborate with designer or use your own visual skills to produce content 4. Grow and manage engagement( comment, DM, tags ) Track performance, deliver weekly insights and propose content adjustments. and align social messaging with platform features and regional priorities.

Deliverables per month, 4-5 quality post weekly. 2-3 reels or short form videos per week, one story telling (user spotlight, letter or value post) weekly reporting and monthly brainstorm and alignment meeting.

Requirements: -

You havel run real brand accounts 2. You understand platform-native strategy for Instagram, You Tube shorts, TikTok and Facebook page and Groups. 3. You're strong in both writing and content planning. 4. Experience with community-oriented or mission driven brands is a plus.
