Role Overview This is a hands-on, creator-first role. You will be responsible for editing content, managing all social platforms, driving engagement, attracting followers, and building a strong, recognizable online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You won’t just be supporting social media — you will be building it from the ground up, transforming a ~5,000-follower presence into a 50,000+ follower powerhouse within 12 months. What You’ll Be Creating & Managing • Filming content on job sites, in showrooms, and behind the scenes • Editing short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube • Platform-specific optimization (hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs) • Posting content consistently across all platforms • Engaging with followers, responding to comments and DMs • Attracting new followers through trend-aware, high-quality content • Tracking performance and iterating on content strategy Core Responsibilities • End-to-end content creation and editing for all brands • Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts • Build a cohesive and recognizable online presence • Drive engagement and foster an active community • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with brand goals • Analyze performance metrics and adjust content accordingly Who You Are You’ll thrive in this role if you: • Have grown social platforms before and can show proof • Are fluent in content editing and platform-specific optimization • Understand what hooks, pacing, and captions work best per platform • Enjoy hands-on creation and full ownership • Want to build something long-term, not just post content Construction or design experience is a plus — but results-driven content creation matters most.
