Social Media Manager 5-10 Hours per Week (IC-FK)

Key Responsibilities
Ā Video Editing:
Ā Edit long-form and short-form video content for YouTube, ensuring high-quality and engaging final products.
Ā Optimize videos for YouTube search (titles, descriptions, tags).
Ā Create visually appealing thumbnails for videos.
Ā Email Marketing:
Ā Develop and schedule email campaigns in ActiveCampaign.
Ā Manage email lists and segment audiences.
Ā Track email campaign performance and provide reports.
Ā Social Media Management:
Ā Create engaging social media posts (text, images, videos) using Canva.
Ā Schedule social media content across various platforms using Metricool.
Ā Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments/messages.
Ā Website Management:
Ā Update website content and make minor design changes on WordPress and FunnelGorgeous platforms.
Ā Ensure website functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
Ā Live Event Support:
Ā Schedule and manage Facebook Live events, including technical setup and audience interaction.
Ā Platforms:
Ā Adobe Premiere Pro (strong proficiency)
Ā Final Cut Pro (strong proficiency)
Ā iMovie (strong proficiency)
Ā Canva
Ā Metricool
Ā ActiveCampaign
Ā WordPress
Ā FunnelGorgeous

Ā Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Ā Experience with graphic design (a plus)
Ā Knowledge of SEO (a plus)
Ā Knowledge of social media advertising (a plus)
Ā Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ā Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ā EST, CST, MST, or PST timezone
