Bonus if you already know and love Alex & Leila’s content.Let’s build something massive.Role:We’re looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Editor & Strategist to join our growing creative team.In this role, you’ll own end-to-end content creation for Alex or Leila Hormozi’s Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.That includes editing videos, designing graphical posts, publishing content, analyzing performance.You’ll report to one of the Shorts Managers (Team Alex, Team Leila, or Team Sharran) and collaborate closely with the Mozi Media team.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves making content that actually moves the needle.Who you are:You’re a creative swiss-army knife, someone who can think big and execute fast. You know how to turn strategy into scroll-stopping content, and you’ve done it at a high level, consistently.You understand the building blocks of great short-form: sharp hooks, tight pacing, structure, music that hits, and clean visuals. You know how to blend what’s working right now with what fits a brand long-term, and you’re not afraid to experiment.You’ve owned content strategy and production before and have the results to back it up. You’ve created content at scale, and you can explain how you did it.Bonus points if you already follow Alex or Leila and have a feel for their voice, values, and audience. If you don’t yet, you’re the type of person who’ll dig in and figure it out fast.You know short-form inside and outDeep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. It’s a plus — not a dealbreaker.What you’ll be doing:Create standout content dailyProduce 2-3 short-form videos and/or graphics each day for Alex or Leila’s social channels.Stay ahead of trendsKeep a close eye on what’s working across platforms and apply those trends in a way that fits Alex and/or Leila’s voice.Find ways to work smarterTest and recommend new tools (like AI or automation) that help us move faster without losing quality.Own platform strategy (especially Instagram)Plan and execute strategies that boost engagement and growth — with a focus on Instagram.Edit high-quality short-form clipsTurn raw footage into scroll-stopping short videos made specifically for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.Design with purposeCreate sharp, on-brand visuals from carousels and infographics to simple text-based posts; especially for Instagram.Track performance + improveRegularly review what’s working, share quick reports with insights, and recommend tweaks to the content plan.Be our trend translatorHelp the team understand emerging content styles, editing approaches, and creative tools.Collaborate oftenJoin team calls, brainstorm sessions, and async reviews. Your voice and ideas matter here.Evolve our formatsHelp us refresh and refine content buckets based on what’s trending, what’s performing, and what the brand needs.Manage collabs and cross-postingCoordinate collaboration posts between Alex and Leila, and identify smart collaboration opportunities with others.Keep systems tightDocument your workflows so others can step in when needed, and contribute to building scalable content creation systems.Stay organizedMaintain clean files and SOPs in ClickUp, Notion, and Google Drive so teammates can always find what they need.Keep everyone in the loopShare updates on timelines, deliverables, and any blockers. No one’s left guessing.The results you bring:Content Runway & OutputMaintain a consistent content runway for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.Keep our content buckets dynamicMaintain a clear mix of content types: educational, inspirational, and trend-based, so we never run dry or go off-brand.Deliver weekly content ideasAdd 15-30 fresh short-form ideas every week into our running doc to keep the team creatively fueled.Track what works and whyBuild simple weekly reports on performance (views, watch time, shares, etc.) and offer insights we can actually use.Make sure we stay on-brandEnsure every asset feels aligned with the look, tone, and quality of Alex and Leila’s brands.Balance value and viralityHelp us combine meaningful messages with attention-grabbing trends, humor, or memes without losing substance.Respect the calendarHelp the team meet all posting deadlines so nothing falls through the cracks.Location:Ability to relocate to Las Vegas, NV after a successful completion of contract + positive performanceCompensation:$85,000 - $104,000 annuallyRelocation Assistance:We know that great talent comes from all over, so we're here to help you make the move.
