Key Job Details: Location: Remote Position: Social Media Designer, Content Creator - Disney Publishing Start Date: Immediate openings available Company: The Walt Disney Company (through Workwarp) Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package Responsibilities As a Social Media Designer and Content Creator, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing owned organic social media content across platforms for Disney Publishing Creating social media campaigns, editing videos and photos, designing motion graphics, and developing global toolkits Collaborating with creative supervisors and marketing managers to build a wide range of designs for social media, including motion graphics, short-form video, static digital assets, and animated GIFs Translating project details and creative direction into concepts or design solutions Working independently with production departments to develop graphics within technical specifications Delivering a high standard of efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and creativity Maintaining an organized file structure and collaborating with partners, management, and teams to establish processes to further improve efficiency and performance for key partners Requirements and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator Creative individual with a strong attention to detail and a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and design skills, including a strong sense of typography and layout Ability to work with time-sensitive tasks and deliver quality in a fast-paced environment Motivated work ethic, independent, positive, receptive, and enthusiastic Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Keynote and JIRA system Knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat Experience with motion graphics, short-form video, and animation Education A college degree is preferred.
