Social Media Coordinator - Remote / Telecommute
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Work collaboratively with digital demand generation team members and external digital agency partners to support both new and current paid social and programmatic display campaigns.
ā¢ Manage the marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, project brief creation campaign implementation, ongoing monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
ā¢ Manage day-to-day tactic execution of testing, tracking, reporting, campaign budgeting, ad copy optimizations, audience discovery, etc.
ā¢ Communicate and ensure best-in-class content publication & syndication standards are planned for and achieved.
ā¢ Act as systems lead for 3rd party publications.
ā¢ Understand and execute navigation of key customer portals for product content setup.
ā¢ Regularly update ad creative across display and social campaigns and analyze the performance of existing creative.
ā¢ Work to facilitate targeting updates to campaigns including custom segmentation such as audience uploads, ICP criteria and ABM list uploads.
ā¢ Work internally with key cross-functional stakeholders, other digital tactic teams, and marketing groups to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and effectively.
ā¢ Track and analyze paid spend levels, budgets, and campaign ROI.
ā¢ Communicate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with other execution teams.
ā¢ Provide updates on the status of projects to team leads.
ā¢ Manage approval workflows and ensure sign-off from internal teams.
Experience:
ā¢ 2-3+ years of experience working on paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and programmatic display channels.
ā¢ Experience working through content syndication platforms.
ā¢ Experience managing multiple channels/campaigns at one time.
ā¢ Experience working with paid social channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook; using lead generation and conversion-based campaign types.
ā¢ Experience working with ABM platforms such as RollWorks, Demandbase, etc.
ā¢ Experience analyzing and reporting on KPIs for numerous digital marketing channels.
ā¢ Experience working with vendors and supporting vendor relationships.
ā¢ Experience with Google Analytics.
ā¢ Experience with Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, VBA, etc.) to do data analysis.
