The Social Lemon is looking for a Facebook-native Social Media Coordinator to help manage and monetize content for global creators. This is a high-growth role for someone who understands how to turn long-form content into viral, revenue-generating Facebook assets.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage a 7-day posting schedule for multiple Facebook Creator pages.
ā¢ Sourcing: Watch creator libraries to find the "viral hooks" for repurposing.
ā¢ Briefing: Work with our video team to ensure edits meet FB monetization standards.
ā¢ Copywriting: Write engagement-driven captions that stop the scroll.
Requirements:
ā¢ 1-2 years experience in social media (Facebook/Meta Business Suite preferred).
ā¢ Understanding of Facebook's monetization and community guidelines.
ā¢ Strong project management and time management skills.
