Lead the social media strategy by creating engaging content, monitoring online interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various social media platforms. Your Career Path
Social Media Manager

Your Focus

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our company's CSR goals and values.
Create engaging and relevant content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube.
Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and updates related to CSR initiatives, events, and achievements.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPI's to track the performance of our campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing, CSR, and sustainability.
Work closely with Marketing agencies, the sales and marketing teams and hotel leadership.

Your Background and Skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen eye for detail and storytelling.
Creative thinker with ability to generate engaging content ideas and campaigns.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Work Environment and Context

Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, and weekends.
Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25, bending and reaching, use of hands and fingers to operate computers. Ability to see and hear.
