Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Coordinator to contribute to the growth and success of our brand through strategic social media management. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms, creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and increasing brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation
? Develop creative and compelling content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
? Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos using tools like Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere.

Social Media Management
? Execute day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments, reviews, and messages.
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to optimize content strategy.

Community Engagement
? Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
? Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy.

Analytics and Reporting
? Monitor social media analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess campaign success.
? Prepare regular reports showcasing social media performance and impact.

Campaign Development
? Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and brand initiatives.
? Develop and manage social media calendars for consistent content delivery.

Collaboration
? Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to align social media activities with marketing strategies.
? Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand brand reach.

Brand Consistency
? Ensure brand consistency in all social media content and communications, upholding brand guidelines and messaging across platforms.
? All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:
? 1+ years of social media experience or a related field, preferably in hospitality.
? Proven experience in social media management.
? Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends.
? Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong organizational and time-management skills.
? Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
