Role: Content Strategy Lead

This is not “posting content” or “managing a calendar.”

As a Content Strategy Lead, you own the strategy and performance for a pod of high-growth creators and brands. You are the person responsible for turning raw ideas and footage into systems that drive tens of millions of views and real business outcomes.

You are not the account manager. You get a dedicated Client Partner to handle day‑to‑day comms. Your job is to be the brains of the operation: diagnose, design, and drive the content machine.

What You’ll Do

You will:
• Own channel performance for your pod across platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc.).
• Audit and diagnose client accounts: content, hooks, offers, analytics, audience behavior.
• Design and implement content strategies:
• Formats, hooks, angles, posting cadence, series, testing plans.
• Lead a small execution squad (editors, social media managers) to hit targets:
• Clear briefs, feedback, QA, and continuous improvement.
• Run structured experiments:
• Hypotheses → tests → analysis → permanent playbooks.
• Hit or beat clear metrics:
• Views, watch time, retention, posting volume, and business KPIs where applicable.
• Collaborate with Client Partners:
• Arm them with the right narratives and wins for client calls, renewals, and upsells.
• Build systems, not one‑offs:
• Turn what works into SOPs, templates, and training for the rest of the org.

What We’re Looking For

You are:
• A content and platform nerd with a track record of actual growth:
• You’ve owned strategy on channels that went from X → Y (and can say the numbers).
• Strategic + analytical:
• You think in hypotheses, tests, and levers, not random tactics.
• Fluent in short-form and social:
• You understand how TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc. really work at scale.
• Leader, not lone wolf:
• You’ve led creative or social teams (even small) and can get consistent output.
• Owner mindset:
• You want a clear scoreboard, real responsibility, and upside tied to the results you create.

Minimum:
• 3+ years owning social/content strategy for brands or creators (agency, in‑house, or your own projects).
• Demonstrated growth with metrics (views, watch time, followers, leads/revenue).
• Experience directing editors/SMMs and shipping at volume.
• Strong written and verbal communication (clear briefs, clear analysis).

• Paid 3‑week intensive (full‑time) with a completion bonus when you pass
