This role offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the autonomy to implement your expertise while supporting a meaningful mission that resonates with customers seeking authentic connection and transformation.Responsibilities:- Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms- Handle community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries with authentic brand voice- Create and schedule compelling social media content using extensive existing photo and video libraries- Manage email communications and provide excellent customer service responses- Update and maintain Squarespace website, including uploading new products and content (no coding required)- Develop and provide regular analytics reports on social media performance and engagement metrics- Support integrated marketing efforts across multiple business divisions including retail, workshops, children's programs, and travel experiences- Offer strategic guidance and recommendations on digital marketing best practices and growth opportunitiesRequirements- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on social media management experience- Proven proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms and their native tools- Experience with Squarespace website management and content updates- Excellent written communication skills with ability to engage authentically with diverse audiences- Strong independent work ethic with ability to provide strategic guidance and recommendations- Understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization- Experience supporting e-commerce and product-based businesses preferred- Ability to work collaboratively with business owners while taking initiative on digital strategy- Passion for wellness, creativity, or lifestyle brands is a plusBenefitsIndependent Contractor Perks: HMO coverage for eligible locationsPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance jobPlease note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
