SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATOR - JEWELRY BRAND

Each piece is designed to feel personal, elevated, and emotionally resonant. Role Description: Zoe Lev Jewelry is seeking a full-time Social Media & Content Creator Manager for our offices/studios Downtown Los Angeles. This role is responsible for creating, executing, and managing compelling content across all social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on storytelling in brand voice. The ideal candidate can translate the essence of Zoe Lev into visual and written narratives that feel poetic, aspirational, and culturally relevant. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, maintain brand consistency, track performance, assist with our influencers program, create meta ads assets, and engage our community—while staying ahead of trends in fashion, jewelry, and social media. Duties • Develop and execute a cohesive social media content strategy aligned with brand voice and goals • Create, plan, and produce original content across Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. • Manage the full content lifecycle: ideation, creation, scheduling, posting, and optimization • Write compelling, on-brand captions and short-form storytelling copy • Design graphics and layouts using Canva (and similar tools) for posts, stories, and Meta campaigns. • Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) • Curate and maintain a visually consistent feed aesthetic • Manage and optimize content calendars and posting schedules • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams on launches and campaigns • Support product drops, promotions, and seasonal storytelling through content • Identify and coordinate UGC and influencer content opportunities • Manage basic influencer and creator outreach when needed • Ensure brand consistency across all social touchpoints • Assist with behind-the-scenes, educational, and lifestyle content creation • Support paid social efforts by creating high-performing assets • Maintain organized content libraries and asset management systems Qualifications • Proven experience in social media content creation, copywriting, and brand-driven storytelling • Ability to execute content that aligns seamlessly with an established brand voice and aesthetic • Proficiency in Canva for designing polished, on-brand graphics and social assets • Experience with social media management, scheduling tools, and campaign execution • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance and translate insights into strategy • Working knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing tools • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with online communities • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable across multiple platforms • Experience in the jewelry, fashion, or luxury space is a must.
