Social Media Content Creator for Start Up
I’m looking for someone who lives and breathes video content.
You probably make content yourself and have a small (but real) following. You’ve posted 100+ Reels/TikToks. You scroll the FYP, Reels, and YouTube for fun. You know the creators. You know the formats. You know why something hits. (Yes, you know who David Dobrik and MrBeast are.)
Here’s the job:
Make unbelievable content for Bustem
Minimum 1 short-form video per day for organic socials, and we’ll also use the winners as ads.
You’re full-stack:
• Script writing (hooks, structure, punchlines)
• Filming (fast, clean, high-volume)
• Editing (pacing, captions, pattern interrupts)
• Strategy (what to test, what to double down on, how to iterate)
Bustem is “boring B2B SaaS”… on paper.
In reality, it’s a content goldmine.
We help high-growth e-commerce brands find and take down copycats and counterfeiters. That means:
• scammers
• fake websites
• shady marketplaces
• crazy screenshots
• wild stories from founders
• real money being stolen
• real justice getting served
There’s a lot to work with if you know how to tell stories.
What I want:
Someone obsessed with filming, creating, and ideating. Someone who can turn everyday moments into a clip people actually watch and share. Someone who doesn’t need a committee to move.
