The Job The Social Media Content Creator at WB Games will support the Social, Community & Creator team by producing engaging, social-first video content for marketing campaigns across all WB Games titles. This role focuses on short-form video editing for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with motion graphics and graphic design skills as a plus. The Daily • Collaborate with social content leads on ideation, research, and asset development for campaigns. • Create captivating short-form (and occasionally, longer-form) video content optimized for social platforms. • Edit and assemble video footage with strong hooks, clean storytelling, and platform-specific best practices. • Incorporate motion design, color grading, and audio mixing to meet brand standards. • Stay current on social media trends and apply them to content creation. • Work closely with designers and production teams to ensure timely delivery of assets. • Maintain organized file management and version control for all projects. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. • Ensure all content adheres to WB Games brand guidelines and quality standards. • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. The Essentials • Proven experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms. • Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of engaging, fast-paced content and visual storytelling. • Proficiency in editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional tools • Motion graphics and animation skills (Adobe After Effects or similar) preferred. • Knowledge of social platform trends and emerging video technologies. • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Nice to Haves • Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). • Familiarity with WB Games titles, characters, and storylines. • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $59,500.00 - $110,500.00 salary per year.
