We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Content Assistant to help us grow our brand's online presence. You'll be responsible for posting across platforms, helping curate content, and sharing fresh ideas to engage our audience. Responsibilities:
Post regularly to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (and potentially other platforms)
Help curate content from existing photo/video libraries and user-generated content
Collaborate with leadership to plan and brainstorm engaging campaigns
Stay on top of trends and offer creative ideas to boost engagement
Ensure consistency in voice and tone across platforms
Track basic performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, etc.)
Requirements:
Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts (personal or professional)
Strong sense of visual style, storytelling, and community tone
Organized, reliable, and self-directed
Basic understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Bonus: Photography/videography or writing background
