Key Responsibilities • Monitor social media channels for trends, brand mentions, and competitor activity. • Collect and analyze data on social media content performance, including engagement rates, reach, and audience demographics. • Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and provide actionable insights to the marketing team. • Assist in the development of data-driven content strategies and optimization recommendations. • Collaborate with content creators and marketing managers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and performance goals. • Identify opportunities for social media growth and engagement based on analytical findings. • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
