Social Media Community Moderator (Pharma)

Social Factor is looking for a remote, US-based, temporary Social Media Community Moderator with experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical customer service space. We are hiring from the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.Temporary Community Moderator Requirements:Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical customer service Previous social media moderation experience is requiredSprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plusExceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflowsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, experience engaging with users on behalf of the client (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)Excellent spelling and grammar skills (a moderation & skills assessment will be given for final candidates)Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approachHigh energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organizationInteract with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting effortsKnowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.XPersonal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbpsSocial Factor is a social media agency that believes in the power of Human Connection.
