Position Overview
We are seeking a remote Social Media Coach & Content Strategist to lead our creator community and oversee the creative direction of short-form video content. This role is dedicated to elevating the quality of content produced by our creators, ensuring every video aligns with our viral content framework. You will serve as a community coach and manager, providing expert feedback and fostering a collaborative, high-standard environment.
Responsibilities
• Content Feedback Videos: Create feedback videos for creators as structured, high-impact feedback on submitted videos. Provide actionable, high-level feedback on narrative structure, visual hooks, and call-to-action effectiveness.
• Community Management: Oversee the daily operations of our creator community. Facilitate professional discussions, share industry best practices, and maintain a supportive, brand-focused environment.
• Coaching Calls: Plan and lead community group coaching calls diving into trending content, live creator content feedback, viral video examples, and more.
• Creator Coaching: Lead structured coaching sessions to improve creators' technical filming skills, scriptwriting, and on-camera presence.
• Content Research: Research and share viral content as inspiration for creators.
Qualifications
• Experience in content strategy, creative direction, or talent management within the social media landscape.
• Exceptional ability to deliver constructive criticism and professional mentorship. You should be able to articulate the why behind creative decisions clearly.
• Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, specifically regarding content that influences purchasing behavior through authentic storytelling.
• Proven experience in managing groups or communities, with a focus on professional development and brand consistency.
Key Competencies
• Strong eye for visual composition and pacing.
• Ability to translate brand objectives into engaging creative concepts.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage diverse creator personalities.
• Disciplined approach to feedback and community moderation.
