Job Description

Leading a team, analysing social media and managing content strategies across social media platforms to engage audiences and promote the brand. The role involves analysing metrics, developing strategies, and interacting with client side and employee side of things to optimise performance and maintain client deliverability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a team of designers/ video editors and social media content managers. Help boost everyones performance.
  • Create and curate engaging content strategies and identify trends for social media platforms.
  • Analyse client social media accounts to ensure brand consistency. Keep a tab on weekly client deliverables. Lead all weekly client calls.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure results and get it all delivered by the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and interactions.
  • Interact with clients, followers, respond to comments, and maintain healthy client relationships.
  • Plan and manage campaigns for client reach outs and social media offers.
  • Creating monthly reports for all clients and employees of Noetbook Media and rate them depending upon their performance.
  • Communicate via emails for client side and employee side development.
  • Lead interview calls for new hires on social media/ ads/ content/ video or graphics side of things.

Requirements

  • Has a laptop or a pc and super fast wifi.
  • Proven experience in people management. Managerial and Organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media clips, viral reels, carousels, stories, etc. that can potentially go viral.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media content creation tools and analytics software.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for problem solving.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a team and holding them accountable to get things done.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail. And finding solutions or ways how to fix issues on a day to day.
  • Experience with email and basic online tasks using sheets/ slack/ docs/ telegram/ clickup/ etc.
