Social Media Assistant / Content Creator (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn)

Hi! I run a small start-up women's clothing brand focused on comfortable denim designed for women who experience bloating, including those with conditions like endometriosis. Our jeans feature a flexible waistband and built-in period underwear to help women feel more comfortable and confident. Our main platform is TikTok, where we currently have around 15,000 followers and reach around 3 million views, so we’re looking for someone who understands TikTok-style content and can help us build on that momentum. We also have 2,500 followers on Instagram and would like support growing our presence on other platforms too. As we’re still a start-up, we are working with a small budget but are looking for someone reliable who would like to grow with the brand. Responsibilities: Come up with creative content ideas (especially for TikTok) Help plan and create short-form content concepts Write captions and hashtags Create simple graphics/posts using Canva if needed Schedule 1–2 posts per day across TikTok and Instagram Repurpose content between platforms Help set up and grow Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn Research trends and suggest content ideas Platforms: TikTok (main focus) Instagram Facebook Pinterest LinkedIn Requirements: Experience with TikTok content and trends Strong English writing skills Canva or similar design experience Creative and able to come up with engaging content ideas Organized and reliable Hours & Budget: Around 10–12 hours per week to start Up to $8 per hour Paid monthly We’re hoping to build a long-term relationship with someone who enjoys working with start-ups and helping grow a brand from an early stage.
