About the Role: Social Media and Customer Service Associate We're on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media and Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Tustin, CA. As an E-commerce Social Media Associate and Customer Service Support, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Assist in curating and managing content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, to engage our audience and promote our brand. Monitor social media trends, comments, and messages, responding promptly and personably to foster a positive community around our brand. Collaborate with our social media manager to develop innovative campaign ideas, promotions, and content calendars that captivate our audience. Utilize social media management tools to schedule and post content, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Track and analyze social media performance metrics, compiling data for reports to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. Customer Service Support Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns across various channels, including email, chat, and social media. Assist in resolving customer issues, striving for satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image. Escalate complex customer inquiries to the appropriate teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Help manage customer reviews and ratings, encouraging positive feedback and addressing negative comments with professionalism. Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and company policies to accurately assist customers. Collaboration and Reporting Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives. Share customer insights and feedback with relevant departments to drive product improvements and service enhancements. Assist in compiling and organizing data for regular social media and customer service reports. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Prior experience or internship in social media management and customer service, though not mandatory, is highly valued. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate empathetically and professionally with customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage social media content and customer interactions effectively. Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of their unique features and audience preferences. Basic knowledge of customer service principles and the ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
