Social Media Analyst, Content-Focused
Job Description: • Write compelling posts, captions, and threads tailored for different platforms. • Repurpose blogs, newsletters, and reports into bite-sized social content. • Collaborate with the design team for visuals, infographics, and videos. • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across channels. • Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with our mission. • Track climate conversations and trends for timely participation. • Monitor and report on performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions). • Run experiments (timing, formats, hashtags) to optimize content strategy. • Provide actionable insights to guide campaign improvements. Requirements: • Strong content writing skills: crisp, engaging, and adaptable to different formats. • 3-4 years of experience in social media/content/marketing roles (internships count). • Comfortable with analytics tools (native insights, Google Analytics, or similar). • Curiosity about climate innovation, startups, or sustainability. • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
