Location: New York, NY - Fully Remote - EST hour
Pay Range: $30 - $32 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Social Media & Engagement Specialist to engage and support our creative user community across key social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube, primarily assisting Spanish-speaking customers. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with product teams, possess an adeptness in content creation, and deliver excellent community support through high-quality responses. This role is critical in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction by maintaining an exceptional level of quality, empathy, and integrity in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, proactive content and conversation to Adobe customers on social media and messaging apps.
Respond to and resolve user queries related to assigned domains and products.
Collaborate with product teams and community experts to resolve complex issues.
Identify and communicate top emerging issues to partners and stakeholders.
Serve as a mentor for team members, enhancing their communication and interaction skills.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong writing skills in both.
Experience in content creation and social media engagement.
Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in creative fields or using Adobe apps and services is preferred.
