SMB Account Executive

As an SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing new business with small and medium-sized businesses, guiding them through a seamless buying journey and managing the full sales cycle.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end sales process, from inbound qualification through to closeNavigate SMB buying cycles, identifying decision-makers, urgency, and next stepsRun 5-10 new demos per day, while actively progressing deals across your existing pipelineManage a high-volume pipeline with strong structure, prioritization, and momentumLead discovery, demos, and closing conversations with a consultative, customer-first approachClearly articulate Blinqβs value proposition and customer journey to SMB prospectsMaintain high-quality pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM disciplineShare customer insights and feedback to help shape product and go-to-market decisionsAct as a Blinq ambassador, representing our mission, values, and brand in every interactionSkillsBachelor's degree and 1β3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth startup1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth startupStrong commercial judgment with the ability to navigate fast-moving sales cyclesClear, confident communicator with a natural ability to uncover customer needs and tell compelling storiesA disciplined, detail-oriented approach to pipeline management, with comfort multithreading when requiredConfidence engaging multiple stakeholders and helping SMB buyers reach aligned, timely decisionsHighly organized with strong qualification instincts and disciplined pipeline managementAdaptable, growth-minded self-starter who takes ownership of their development and seeks feedbackCollaborative teammate who values trust, feedback, and building something great togetherBonus points if you're familiar with HubSpotBenefitsPremium healthcare (including dental and vision), because feeling good fuels your best work.Generous paid time off: We encourage everyone to take at least 20 days fully disconnect each year, with a flexible policy beyond that.Parental leave: Inclusive policies to ensure you have the support you need for your family.Company OverviewBlinq is a digital business card platform for individuals and teams to share their professional identities and enhance networking.
