Role SMART on FHIR Developer Remote Position Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience in healthcare application development with SMART on FHIR. • Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR resources, profiles, and extensions. • Experience developing frontend web applications using ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js. • Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth2/OpenID Connect for secure data exchange. • Experience working with EHR/EMR integration (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or similar). • Solid understanding of FHIR data models (Patient, Observation, Encounter, Condition, Medication, etc.). • Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS. • Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python is a plus. • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with clinical workflows and interoperability standards. • Knowledge of CDS Hooks, SMART app launch framework, and healthcare security protocols. • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for healthcare application deployment. • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy/security.
